{"id":1038,"date":"2020-12-01T16:57:00","date_gmt":"2020-12-01T16:57:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.edumas.gov.co\/?p=1038"},"modified":"2023-10-20T17:00:54","modified_gmt":"2023-10-20T17:00:54","slug":"en-soledad-se-adelantan-operativos-de-sellamiento-de-obras-y-construcciones-que-no-cumplen-requisitos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/edumas.gov.co\/inicio\/2020\/12\/01\/en-soledad-se-adelantan-operativos-de-sellamiento-de-obras-y-construcciones-que-no-cumplen-requisitos\/","title":{"rendered":"En Soledad se adelantan operativos de sellamiento de obras y construcciones que no cumplen requisitos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Operativos de sellamiento de obras en construcci\u00f3n que no cuentan con las respectivas licencias requeridas por la Curadur\u00eda Urbana se adelantan en el municipio de Soledad, mediante una labor conjunta del Establecimiento de Desarrollo Urbano y Medio Ambiente de Soledad, Edumas, la Polic\u00eda Nacional, la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno y la Personer\u00eda Municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El operativo, realizado en cumplimiento del Pacto por la Legalidad liderado por el alcalde Rodolfo Ucr\u00f3s Rosales, se llev\u00f3 a cabo en diferentes barrios del ente territorial y arroj\u00f3 como resultado la suspensi\u00f3n de dos obras que se adelantaban en los barrios Sol Real y Centro, sin los documentos establecidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El gerente del Edumas, Carlos Consuegra, precis\u00f3 que: \u201cestas acciones conjuntas tienen como prop\u00f3sito contribuir el urbanismo del municipio para hacerlo m\u00e1s competitivo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, la inspectora de polic\u00eda de Reacci\u00f3n Inmediata, Milena Ortega inform\u00f3 que \u201cse proceder\u00e1 a sancionar a los infractores que no cumplan con las normas. Queremos concientizar e invitar a toda la comunidad a que antes de construir sus predios se acerquen y realicen de manera legal los permisos pertinentes de construcci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En lo que va corrido del a\u00f1o, el Edumas ha realizado 200 visitas a predios con anomal\u00edas de diligenciamientos protocolarios de licencias.
