Tras la pandemia de COVID-19, y cuando la Tierra se enfrenta a una triple crisis planetaria de alteraci\u00f3n del clima, p\u00e9rdida de naturaleza y contaminaci\u00f3n, la gastronom\u00eda sostenible, que celebra los ingredientes y productos de temporada y contribuye a la preservaci\u00f3n de la vida silvestre y nuestras tradiciones culinarias, se hace m\u00e1s relevante que nunca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la gastronom\u00eda a veces se la denomina el arte de preparar una buena comida. Tambi\u00e9n puede hacer referencia a un estilo de cocina de una determinada regi\u00f3n. Pero suele definirse como los alimentos y la cocina de un lugar.
