Esta celebraci\u00f3n ha ganado popularidad globalmente, uniendo a amantes de los perros de todas partes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoy en d\u00eda, hay m\u00e1s de 900 millones de perros en el mundo. Algunos viven en hogares c\u00e1lidos, otros en las calles, y muchos trabajan como gu\u00edas, rescatistas, detectores de enfermedades o apoyo emocional. No son solo mascotas: en muchos casos, son h\u00e9roes discretos. Hoy en d\u00eda contamos con perros polic\u00edas, perros bomberos, perros lazarillos y perros de compa\u00f1\u00eda. Tambi\u00e9n los encontramos en las redes sociales, siendo un boom en Instagram, ya que posan para los selfies como unos grandes artistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La intenci\u00f3n del\u00a0<strong>D\u00eda Mundial del Perro<\/strong>\u00a0no es solo rendir homenaje a los perros. Tambi\u00e9n se pretende concienciar sobre la inmensa cantidad de animales que son abandonados a su suerte, o que a\u00fan est\u00e1n a la espera de una familia que los adopte en alguna perrera o refugio.
